APiC UK Limited, one of the largest Aluminium Glazing Companies in the U.K. has acquired Aluminium Sashes Limited, another specialist within this sector, to expand its already strong foothold within the market and increase its capacity to continue to deliver a first class service to all of our customers.

Formed in Gloucester in 1976, Aluminium Sashes Limited is regarded as a high-quality fabricator and installer and has an excellent name within the industry. The company has now been renamed to APiC UK Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of APiC UK Limited, which will operate and fabricate out of both West Bromwich and Gloucester facilities, with the headquarters being based at West Bromwich.
In conjunction with its own current infrastructure, APiC UK Limited will use Aluminium Sashes Limited’s existing strong customer relationships to provide exceptional service and products to its existing and new customers.
APiC UK Limited is in the process of changing its organisational structure by expanding its workforce and merging elements of both companies.
