This universally recognised standard is fully integrated into the daily workings of our business and ensures that our products and services consistently meet our customers' requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and involvement of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
Checking that the system works is also a vital part of ISO 9001:2015. APiC regularly performs internal audits to check how its quality management system is working.
Our annual external interim audits have been equally successful culminating recently in our successful 3 year audit & ultimately re-certification.
