We’re thrilled to announce that Taylor Humphries has successfully completed his Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, passing his End-Point Assessment (EPA) — a fantastic achievement and a testament to his hard work, professionalism, and dedication.
What is the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship?
The Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship is a nationally recognised programme designed to develop high-level administrative skills across a variety of business functions.
It equips learners with knowledge and practical experience in areas such as:
Business fundamentals and stakeholder relationships
Project management and process improvement
IT systems, record-keeping, and data analysis
Communication, decision-making, and professionalism
This qualification lays a strong foundation for progression into more senior roles or further study in business management.
The End-Point Assessment (EPA)
To complete the apprenticeship, learners must pass an End-Point Assessment (EPA) — a final evaluation carried out by an independent assessment organisation. The EPA ensures that the apprentice has developed the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard.
For the Business Administrator pathway, the EPA typically includes:
A knowledge test
A portfolio-based interview
A project presentation with Q&A
Passing the EPA confirms that the apprentice is competent and fully prepared to take on the responsibilities of a business administrator.
Taylor’s Achievement
Taylor’s success in the EPA reflects the strong work ethic and growth mindset he brought to the apprenticeship. Throughout the programme, he demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and an eagerness to contribute meaningfully in a business environment.
We couldn’t be prouder of Taylor and all that he has achieved.
Congratulations once again, Taylor — from all of us at APiC!
