We are proud to have been a part of this multi-million pound student accommodation scheme by UPP (University Partnerships Programme) which incorporates 1,182 student bedrooms on the University of Exeter's Streatham Campus. Designed by Stride Treglown and delivered by VINCI Construction, the East Park project is one of the greenest university campuses in the UK and targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating by incorporating green materials with high environmental ratings; recycling 90% of the waste generated on-site.
